Oke,today I want to tell you what I do in the kitchen at 05:20.I come very morning to the kithen.I have to prepare because the food we made to be done at 09:00 all the food there has been at the restaurant.After that,we oneline than we all doing the menu that we have worked on four days ago including:
Continental breakfast, english breakfast, american breakfast, and indonesia breakfast.
After that, at 09:00 we've finished bring fourth menu we made to restaurant.than we oneline and dividid into two groups who'll clean chiller and freezer.
After that,we oneline in the pastry and sir. Ichal coming give motivation for us. after that, we GC than, we lunch . after that, we oneline again and go home.
